I personally enjoy reading "The Mouse and the Motorcycle" because it is about a reckless mouse who discovers the joy of riding a motorcycle and makes friends with a boy. This books has a lot of action and is good to use for children between the ages of 8-10. The website above also lists other familiar books such as "Ramona the Pest" and "Ramona the Brave." I really like the book that you chose to do your blog on. "The Mouse and the Motorcycle" was one of my favorite books when I was younger. I used to think that it was so cool that a mouse would ride a motorcycle. I think that Beverly Cleary is a great author and I think children would enjoy reading her books.

ReplyDeleteI absolutely LOVE reading books by Beverly Cleary!! The Mouse and The Motorcycle contains many great graphics for the children to focus on as well. Since the book is also filled with many action pages and bright colors, this would be a great resource for all children to enjoy! The website is SUPER wonderful as well!! Thanks for sharing your awesome book with the class.
